4 No-Fuss Hair Styles for the Gym

tomolw@icloud.com

If you’re like us, you don’t want to spend a ton of time doing your hair before or after you work out. In fact, you probably want a hair ‘do that’s just as fast, easy, comfortable, and stylish as your favorite workout wear, right? At 2ToneFit, we’ve taken care of your workout apparel wants with cool clothes that fit a range of body types, move with you when you work out, and look great for your regular life as well as the gym. To help you out just a little bit more, here’s a list of our favorite hairstyles that look perfect in or out of the gym and don’t take a lot of time or product to achieve.

French Braid Ponytail

If you have shorter flyaway hairs, bangs, and/or face-framing tresses, ponytails probably don't quite do it for you at the gym. Fortunately, with a French braid ponytail, you can create a fun look that takes care of the hair in your face, too. Just French braid your hair to the crown and then pull it all into a ponytail. This look has shape, style, and it’s easier and faster than a full French braid.

Side Bun

If you want to keep your hair from developing a crease or mark where you put it in a tight ponytail all the time, you can put it in a low side bun instead. Just part it on the left and gather all of your hair on the right, behind and under your ear. Twist it into a bun and secure it with a few bobby pins.

Braided Pigtails

Perfect with a side part, just braid your hair in two loose pigtails, and you’ll have a totally cute ‘do that will keep your hair off your neck while you sweat and will look adorable when you leave the gym, too.

Hair Wrap Ponytail

Then there’s the classic ponytail with a twist. Just pull your hair into a high ponytail and secure it with an elastic band. Then take a small section of the ponytail and wrap it around the band to hide it. Secure it with a bobby pin, and you’re done.

All four of these hairstyles are fast and easy, and they all look great in or out of the gym, so you won’t have to worry about doing your hair or trying to look cute when you leave. Plus, just like wearing our workout apparel, they’ll help you feel more confident and attractive while you exercise, too, and everyone knows, when you look good, you feel good! Have fun!
